For GRO member artists to submit new or updated information, links, and artwork images to be included on profile pages.

    Drag one or more images in the above area that you wish to include on your artist member profile page.

    FILE DETAILS
    Allowed file types are jpg/jpeg and png. 4 to 8 images are preferred (8 is max) and all should total less than 16MB size. Best to try and keep each image file size less than 2MB. Alternately, a .zip archive file can be used instead.

    IMAGE SPECS
    Images should be limited to 2000 pixel wide. Highest quality jpeg compression is fine.

    FILENAMES
    Each artwork image filename should contain the following text: Artist Name - Artwork Title - Media - Dimensions. Example for jpeg filename of an image is Jane Doe - Still Life - oil on canvas - 3ft x 2ft x 1in.jpg (where size is 3 feet wide x 2 feet high x 1 inch deep). Note that spaces are preferred in the filename like the above example as it facilitates image titles appearing properly without further manual editing.

    Accepted file types: pdf, txt, Max. file size: 8 MB.

    Add a single PDF or txt file that is a maximum of 8MB in size.

    Add any instructions or information about your content for GRO staff that’s not meant to be published.
