I love color, and use it with abandon. I have always been an artist. I see faces in the clouds.  My art is personal, things happening in my life, surroundings, or my mind.  Some take the form of admonitions like this Waiting series that started as drawings of live models. I love this practice. Drawing musicians live leads to obsession with making and sharing reproduced in limited editions artists fold out books.

Teaching is so enjoyable. Even as a child I shared my big tin box of crayons.  Now I share my excitement and knowledge with students through Gallery Route Ones Artists in the Schools Program and other places.

Being an artist member of GRO fulfills my need for an artist’s community joining in on projects and conferring about artwork.

It is a pleasure to promote many of the unique exhibitions and be a part of the shows.
